Rhonda Waterhouse

Rhonda is dedicated to helping people feel better in their bodies.  Her focus is on working with people who have anxiety, depression, or chronic pain. She is a yoga therapist in training who is certified in Therapeutic, Prenatal, Postnatal, Aerial, Trauma Informed, Veteran’s Yoga, and Yoga Wall.  

In addition to her yoga certifications, Rhonda holds a Master’s Degree from Penn State in Curriculum and Instruction.  She utilizes this degree often, but especially when offering teacher training.
