Here’s a Bit More About Rhonda
Rhonda offers classes, courses, training, and workshops that shed light on the therapeutic nature of yoga and how yoga applies to other aspects of daily life.
Rhonda focuses on working with people who have anxiety, depression, or chronic pain. She is a registered yoga therapist (IRYT) who is certified in Therapeutic, Prenatal, Postnatal, Aerial, Trauma Informed, Veteran’s Yoga, and Yoga Wall.
In addition to her yoga certifications, Rhonda holds a Master’s Degree from Penn State in Curriculum and Instruction. She utilizes this degree often, but especially when offering teacher training. She is currently working toward an MFA in Creative Writing from UNC Wilmington and loves to share her love of writing with students.
